You must provide accurate information when creating an account. The platform features distinct roles: Viewers, Creators, and Scholars. Applications for Scholar status are subject to manual review and verification by our moderation team. Falsifying credentials may result in an immediate and permanent ban.

2. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in your content. However, by uploading content to The Muslim Tube, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the service.

You agree not to upload content that violates our Content Guidelines, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or violates any laws.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or our Content Guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Muslim Tube, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
